Overnight Stocking Coach
***Starting Salary: $55,000/year***

A coach supports their team leads by making sure their team goals align to the goals of the store. They communicate with team leads about their team’s performance and plans on how to improve the store’s performance. They support the store associates by providing them with long-term career progression and future-focused business planning.

Your local Sioux City, IA Walmart is hiring a full-time Overnight Stocking Coach!
**
**
Responsibilities:

• Motivates team to meet goals and perform at high standards

• Encourages collaboration and teamwork amongst associates

• Reinforces what teamwork should look like and that team leads executes the vision

• Creates and communicates merchandise plans

• Understands and plans to improve the P&L

• Exhibits a total store mindset

• Guides associates who need improvement and provides honest feedback

• Spends time listening to associates and acts on their ideas, questions or concerns

• Evaluates talent, identifies career paths for associates and staffs the team appropriately

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

• For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.

• For facilities that sell firearms, requires successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.

• Seeking a manager with a proven track record of strong leadership qualities such as;
