2 x 12 month FTC with potential to go permanent
Full time (37.5 hours per week can be worked flexibly)
Location: This is a hybrid role where part of the time will be working from home and part in the office.

Are you someone who enjoys supporting potential new and existing customers in securing holiday experiences that are truely memorable?
You'll do this by creating an authentic, personalized relationship with customers, selling to them in order satisfy their holiday needs. You'll be putting the customer first but also driven to secure guest bookings. You'll be working from enquiries and leads from potential customers who have all shown recent interest in making a reservation with Royal Caribbean International.
You'll be a forward-thinking individual with a strategic drive, dedicated to putting the customer’s needs first. You'll seek out the customers' needs with open line of questioning and then focus on genuine listening to source and match the customer’s wants and needs. Together with the customers’ participation, this process will create a holiday the customer desires with an above and beyond approach to exceed their expectations. You'll be helping our customers enjoy their holiday of a lifetime and with your expertise and guidance optimizing their experience at the point of sale. You'll be a pro at building a positive client centric relationship. You'll be a sales driven, energetic, individual who enjoys working in a goal driven environment that puts customers first. You'll be responsible for agreeing scheduled call appointment times and maintaining the database regularly to optimize the client enquiries and be most productive in securing and ideally exceeding forecasted sales volumes.
You'll have:
- excellent ability to build client relations and rapport
- a willingness to be bold and offer suggestions to gain commitment
- a confident, trustworthy, and energetic phone presence, with an ability to respond to guests concerns and desires
- ability to bridge across the sales process through effective listening, supporting, and offering rapid suggestions
- strong IT skills, an understanding of Microsoft office, email, and chat technologies
- great communication skills and telephone etiquette and ability to multitask
- ability to react effectively and calmly to diffuse any escalated situation
- ability to effectively leverage the technology provided Legasuite, Siebel.
