Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is growing our Orientation Team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This is NOT a remote or work from home position. Internally this career is known as a Driver Orientation Training Supervisor that on-boards new drivers. This position will lead and deliver classroom driver training, cover safety, securements, operational details, and administrative tasks. This role will supervise the St. Cloud and Porter Indiana driver orientation locations. A CDL is license is preferred but not required. Hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

“Simply put, what would I be doing?”

You would be working in a dynamic training environment with other professionals on our safety team. You’d be working to educate drivers on ATS truck technology, policies, procedures, and certifying drivers when the training is completed. This position, will oversee and facilitate on-the-job training with drivers and ensure consistency of driver training at all orientation locations. Will be responsible for holding trainers accountable for annually updating their presentations and continuity of streamlining training. This position is also responsible to ensure orientation computers are in good working order and all training materials are correctly working on them. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees.

“What does it take to be successful?”

• 2 to 4 years of training facilitation experience or college degree in related field
• Great ability to be organized and multitask
• Comfortable using Windows software and computer tablet technology
