Job Role: Oracle Apex Developer

Location: Remote

4 years college degree required.

Oracle Application Express (APEX) Developer

Minimum Qualifications:

· Four-year college degree and approximately: 6+ years of relevant experience for a senior level developer, 3-6 years for a mid-level developer, and 1-3 years for a junior level developer.

· Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government background check (Public Trust Level) and must meet eligibility requirements

Required Qualifications:

· B.S. degree in Computer Science or a similar relevant technical field

· Possess a combination of the following:

o Understanding of software design and programming principles.

o Experience in designing and building traditional or cloud applications.

o Minimum 1 years’ experience developing Oracle Application Express, SQL and PL/SQL.

o Experience with technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Relational databases.

o Experience with version control/configuration management tools such as GIT, Bitbucket etc.

o Able to work and collaborate remotely, be self-directed, work independently and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Some combination of the following:

· Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, VB/C#, Python, Ruby, .Net etc.

· Demonstrated experience with some of the following: HTML5, JSON, XML, APIs

· Knowledge and experience working with traditional or document databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases

· Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and an understanding of cloud technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud databases, CI/CD, serverless computing etc.

· Experience creating and consuming RESTful services

· Experience with ETL or data integration tools such as Informatica, Apache Nifi, AWS Glue

· Experience with analytics or reporting tools such as QLIK, Tableau and Business Objects.

· Experience with a JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, VueJS, React.

· Experience with a Java and Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot.

· Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or Zendesk

· Experience with Business Rules Engines (BRE)/Decision Management Suite (DMS) solutions such as Drools and Camunda.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• total: 6 years (Preferred)
• developing Oracle Application Express, SQL and PL/SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
