We are looking for an exceptional Optical Coating Technician who can:

• Load and operate a vacuum coating chamber to perform thin-film coatings on optical substrates.
• Monitor the vacuum deposition process according to process instructions.
• Support the development of people and processes regularly.
• Perform routine and periodic maintenance on coating chambers.
• Check coating results with desired specifications.
• Maintain records as required.

What will you bring to the team is:

• Production experience in vacuum coating chambers, reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
