Title: Field Service Specialist
Time: 9:00-5:30 PM or 9:30-6:00 PM (40 Hour work week)
Length of contract: 3-6 months(Temp to Perm)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Closing of Third-Party Complete Cases
- Dispatching cases to field service engineers or third-party service provider
- Ordering parts for field service engineers or third-party service provider
- Extracting CRM data to Microsoft Excel
- Validating Dynamics 365 Tests
