$85,000 YEARLY PLUS BONUS with POTENTIAL UP TO $100K PLUS YEARLY

The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient completion of all available work for their assigned routes. The Operations Manager will be responsible for working with the Project Management Team and ensuring all projects are completed by assigned deadlines while developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Operations Manager will engage in record keeping activities, project management, billing, jobsite quality and safety checks, and fleet and equipment maintenance management. This position may require some driving from jobsite to jobsite getting in and out of a vehicle. At times, the Operations Manager may be required to engage in or work alongside crew members both for training and for assistance, and therefore must be willing to engage in washing and other manual labor activities. The Operations Manager must possess knowledge in computer use and have the ability to learn Fleetwash operations software. Skills and experience in managing a dynamic work environment with many employees of varied skill levels is a must.

The Operations Manager must have the ability to self-manage within the workweek accomplishing many tasks and goals assigned. The Operations Manager must be consistently reachable by phone and email at all times as needed.

• Completing 100% of assigned work in the most efficient manner possible while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Regular Duties

• At the direction of the District/Regional Managers, an Operations Manager will be responsible for hiring, promotion, discipline, and other HR related activities.
• Overseeing all route level employees including onboard training, and day to day route activities.
• Respond to operational problems in the field including breakdowns, injuries or other issues as they arise.
• Ensure preparation of and regular service of all assigned vehicles and equipment.

Regular Duties (Continued)

• Correcting issues or complaints from customers.
• Responding to emergency and special call-in work from customers.
• Lead monthly team safety meetings.
• Regular reviews, and counseling of all route employees.

Compensation

• Operations Manager will receive a laptop, cell phone, and a Ramp Visa for work related expenses.
• Operations Manager will participate in company health and vacation plan.
• Operations Manager will be paid a base salary plus commission based operational goals.
