Work Title: Operations manager
Job Duty
Direct and coordinate activities of warehousing and storage business concerned with pricing and sales. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Direct administrative activities directly related to providing services. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
Requirement:
Bachelors degree w/ 4 years of of management experience of the warehouse / Master of Business administrations.
Proficiency with warehouse procedures and polices
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
Proficient computer skills to include email, data entry using Microsoft offices.
SAP experience is a plus
Korean/English bi-lingual
