WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Denver office, we are looking for an Operations Analyst to play a key role in Global Sourcing activities to include data analysis, negotiations, and administrative assistance.
- You'll be working with closely with the VP, Global Sourcing to produce product on a timely basis to meet fast paced requirements.

- You'll need exceptional organization skills and be comfortable tackling specific problems pertaining to supply chain management.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
- Conducting analysis of sourcing data, develop recommendations to derive lowest landed cost
- Maintaining monthly KPIs and reporting for executive leadership to help the sourcing team identify trends and achieve annual goals
- Conducting sourcing events to ensure continuity of supply and lowest landed cost
- Assisting with assigned administrative tasks
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution required
- 1-2 years of experience preferred (can include internship/co-op experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence with and without authority
- Excellent IT skills: strong Excel experience with developing graphs, linked spreadsheets, pivot tables and Excel formulas required. Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred
- Comfortable working with large datasets to deliver comprehensive insights
- APICS or Institute for Supply Management certification preferred
- Ability to think and work independently
- Possess a passion working with and learning from individuals from various countries/cultures
- Willingness to learn
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Exceptional work ethic, team player, and strong business acumen
- Ability to pivot and adapt quickly
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
PAY & BENEFITS
- Full-Time: $47,000 - $65,000
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
- 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
