We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Family Office team. This position caters to individuals who are interested in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and team members, which includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives and team members.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate and support the execution of various projects and initiatives.
- Manage expense reports and assist with financial and budgetary tracking.
- Arrange travel plans for executives and team members.
- Ensure that the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a family office setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
