Reveal Martial Arts in north Fort Worth, TX is looking for one office manager to join our 20 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable with great smile and communication skills.

Position is part time work from 4pm-8pm each day during the week.

Responsibilities

*Present and sell program packages *Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments *Maintain a positive and efficient working environment *Answer questions of parents/students while assisting with flow of classes *Assist students with checking in process, signing up for events *Keep up with system updates, notes, inventory and communication with students *Light cleaning of front sales area and organizing waiting room and storage area

Qualifications

*Experience in sales is a plus *Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking *Great written and verbal communication skills *High attention to detail *Familiarity with computer systems and software that applies

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.

About Reveal Martial Arts: Since 2008 our martial arts program for kids, teens and adults, here in Southlake and now at Alliance area, provides exciting training in the art of Taekwondo, but more importantly in character development and leadership skills.
