Creve Coeur Workspace is a full-service business center in Creve Coeur that leases office space and offers virtual office packages to a variety of businesses. We currently are searching for a full-time Office Manager who is friendly, professional, and energetic!
The perfect candidate for this job would be an outgoing and upbeat individual that is familiar with standard office operations and able to adapt to different needs. This position is great for individuals that love working with people and enjoys working both independently and part of a team.
We are a small company. Our staff at this location consists of a manager and a front desk receptionist. Therefore, reliability, teamwork, effective communication, and punctuality are extremely important.

The duties associated with this position change on a day-to-day basis because of the nature of our business industry. We assist over 100+ different businesses with various needs that may arise that include scheduling appointments, creating social media content, faxing correspondence, completing print jobs, transcribing emails, sending maintenance requests, finding solutions to issues that may occur, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leasing Office Space: provide tours, negotiate contracts, draft leases, coordinate office moves, and prepare the space for tenancy.
- Networking and Marketing; attending networking meetings, create social media content, run ad campaigns, create company newsletter, etc.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable; create and send invoices at the end of the month, logging charges, collecting payment, paying bills, etc.
- Professional Phone Answering: this is a service we provide to our tenants
- Greeting clients, applicants, and visitors when they arrive. This can include guiding them to a conference room, announcing their arrival to a tenant, etc.
- Mail Management; sorting and handling of USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipments.
- Office Maintenance; ordering supplies, monitoring equipment, submitting maintenance requests, troubleshooting network issues, etc.
- Administrative support to tenants that includes but not limited to filing, scanning, copying, scheduling meetings, and other office tasks/errands as needed.
- Management duties; hiring, training, payroll, etc.
This position is full time salaried and will consist of approximately 40 hours a week. Our business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Since our small business consists of four people across two locations, we currently are not required to offer health insurance. We do offer sick time, vacation time, and paid holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
