Office Assistant
This is a Part time Position as an office assistant with premier wireless company in Sandy, Utah. We are looking for a person who is detail oriented, has a strong work ethic and has good communications skills. This person will need to answer phones to existing clients, work regularly in quick books, send order and packages, and help with other office related responsibilities. Great position for someone who has other obligations such as school, another job or a parent looking to get back in the work force who needs specific hours to meet their needs. The hours are fairly flexible Monday through Friday 20 hours per week we will discuss schedule at interview. Warehouse type office and will need to be able to lift packages that fall in UPS shipping regulations Max 70 pounds
Our Normal business hours are 8 to 5 Monday - Friday closed weekends.
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones
Knowledgeable with Quick Books helpful
Help with Sales people
Sort and Distribute Mail
Arrange outgoing shipments
Receptionist Duties
Day to Day Office Activities
Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
A strong work ethic
Organized
Strong organizational skills
Good Computer Skills
Wanting to learn new skills like Quick Books
Good Communications Skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Dependable and on time
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Self-determined schedule

- Sandy, UT 84070: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
