Job description
We are looking for a well organized receptionist to assist our organization run smoothly. You will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to addressing the needs of customers. We're looking for a receptionist that can greet visitors, answer phone calls, and run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients. A good Receptionist is organized, communicates well, and practices excellent time management skills. In addition, because they’re often the initial contact for customers and clients, they must have excellent customer service skills, be a problem-solver, and gracefully assist unhappy customers. The goal is to address the needs of every customer in every possible way in order to drive sustainable growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide information and other services such as giving information on our merchandise
- Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner
- Update customer information in databases
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the office
Skills
- Proven experience as receptionist or other customer service roles
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: From $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
