Job description

We are looking for an office assistant to help with our growing business. We own multiple franchise pizza chains. Office assistant would be responsible for submitting the sales each week for all locations via a corporate portal, submitting payroll to our provider, as well as some HR responsibilities including; sending out hiring documents, receiving hiring documents, submitting garnishment orders etc.

Must have knowledge of navigating office and excel with office experience.

Some responsibilities include:

• Sales submission
• payroll submitting
• HR

Once employee is fully trained we have an option to work remotely from home. We do not provide the computer or internet if you choose to work from home. Computer and internet coverage will be provided at the main office location.

Health insurance coverage is only available to those who maintain full time employment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
