Job description

$16.00/hr 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mon - Fri Duration: 4 months

  • On a daily basis the candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Maintaining database regarding Multifunction/printer devices with location, print queues, IP, contract number, service partner, lease information, and other required detail. This is compiled in the Ricoh TRAC system
  • Coordinate device removals, installs, upgrades, and moves with locations and/or Ricoh sales team
  • Review invoices for accuracy and validate service charges
  • Work closely with the billing department reviewing aging invoices, work to coordinate a resolution with the customer and Ricoh AR
  • High level trouble shooting of device software – Streamline
  • Uninstall/Reinstall device software
  • Change toner, waste toner bottles, and address minor device issues.
  • Place service calls for issues unable to resolve
  • Trouble shoot user issues remotely through Teams and/or Skype
  • Install print queues
  • Set default printer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
