About the Company: Dynamic Merchant Solutions is a merchant processing company located in Woodland Hills, CA. We provide credit card processing services to businesses of all sizes. Our goal is to make payment processing easy, reliable, and secure for our clients. We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team and help us manage our day-to-day operations, it will be a part time to full time position.
Job Description: As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of our independent sales office. Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reviewing and checking applications for accuracy and completeness
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Contacting the processing bank regarding questions and requests
- Contacting merchant applicants to obtain any missing information or documentation required for their applications
- Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team
- Assist sales team on identifying prospects, cold calling and sending out sales emails.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
