Summary:
Responsible for the opening and closing of the department. Balances safe and cash registers and documents appropriately. Oversees the department staff and reports to appropriate manager. Oversees the department sanitation guidelines. Maintains food, cooler, freezes and dish machine temperature logs. Responsible for the delivery of food and services to patients and customers in a timely manner.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous food experience required. Previous lead or supervisory experience required. Good customer relations, able and willing to follow instructions, able to communicate and understand English. Knowledge of terminology used for special diets. Valid Illinois sanitation certificate required.
