What you will do in this role: Our Administrator sets the pace for our skilled nursing facility. You lead by example and you know first impressions matter. People remember you, respect you and want to work with you. You make an impact in your patent’s lives and you strive to make a difference.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): in other centers it may be called a Managing Director or Executive Director.

What we need from you:

• IL Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
• 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a large skilled nursing facility
• Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
• You understand ROI and know your buildings metrics inside and out
• In your last position you demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision & handle multiple priorities at once
