Paid Nursing Assistant Training
Christian Care Communities is currently offering Paid Nursing Assistant Training on-site at our campus in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This Learn & Earn Program equips you with both classroom and hands-on learning for taking the Kentucky Board of Nursing Competency Evaluation Examination. Receive an hourly pay rate for the training program PLUS exam fees are covered.
Training will be from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm - Monday - Friday

Training Pay Rate: $9.50/hr
New C.N.A Rate: $11/hr + shift differentials

Requirements for Nursing Assistant Training:
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- Interest in pursuing a career in health care
- Agree to work in a full time role upon certification for a minimum of 6 monthsNursing Assistants are responsible for providing direct resident care including activities of daily living and personal care as needed such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene-related services; participates in unit activities, promotes independence, encourages socialization, and advocates for the quality of life of our residents while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
