As a CNA +/or Personal Care Assistant +/or Certified Medication Aide at Edgewood, you’ll get to work with the most amazing folks on the planet – our residents! You will provide resident care that helps foster independence & confidence throughout their golden years.

Responsibilities:

• Help with personal cares such as dressing, assisting with showers, baths and toiletry assistance, along with other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Demonstrate kindness and dignity during resident interactions
• Provide companionship and build rapport with residents
• Document cares appropriately
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
• Certified Medication Aide, Pass medications according to each resident’s care plan (MedTech)

Starting Pay:

Personal Care Assistant $16.50+
Personal Care Assistant + Med Tech $18.00+
Certified Nursing Assistant + Med Tech $18.00+

SIGN ON BONUS OF $1,500 FOR FT PM CLINICAL

***Sign on bonus is for Edgewood, North Fisher community. To be paid out in equal payments after 30 days of employment over 1 year.

Community Location:

• 77 N Fisher Park Way, Eagle, ID 83616

Schedule:

• PM Shift 2PM-10PM
• NOC Shift 10PM-6AM
• "PRN" (As needed to fill on vacations and time off requests) Shifts would consist of AM, PM and NOC (Overnight)

*While being MedTech certified is not mandatory for hire, we are looking for applicants that are interested in obtaining a MedTech certificate. Edgewood will provide training and compensation for a certification course through CWI.
