IAFS, a contractor for FedEx ground, is now hiring Full and part time/weekend delivery drivers in the Manassas, VA area.

Pay is by the day: $185-$205 per day

• Paid Training.

• Paid Bi Weekly

Work Hours: 7:30 am until deliveries are completed. We are a 7 day per week operation

Schedules will vary.

Drivers will be operating out of the FedEx terminal: 7303 Cushing Road, Manassas, VA 20109

Drivers will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses in and throughout Warrenton, Remington, Bealeton, Catlett, Midland – most routes in and around Warrenton VA – 20186 and 20187 zip codes

Our drivers will be operating mostly P700s, 2 P1000s and 2 sprinter vans. All automatic vehicles furnished by the employer.

CDL License is NOT required!!!

• Must have CLEAN background and motor vehicle record!
• MUST BE 21 Or Older!
• 1 Year of verifiable driving experience for a job in the past 3 years!
• Must be able to pass a Drug screen and DOT physical in which is paid by the employer.
• Physically able to Lift packages up to 50 lbs. and packages up to 150lbs. with help of a dolly.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Arrive at the FedEx Terminal to pickup Vehicle and packages.

Loading and unloading packages from vehicle

Delivering packages to the proper destination

Scanning and logging packages.

• Health Insurance – Offered after 60 days of employment – United Healthcare PPO – company pays 50% of premium. Single coverage is $62 per pay period.
• Dental AND VISION Insurance – Offered after 60 days of employment – Principal Insurance – single coverage for dental is $11 per pay period and vision is $2.15 per pay period.
• Vacation Pay – PTO – 5 days after 1 year of service and 8 days PTO after 3 years or more of service. Days can be cashed in at end of year if you don’t use them. No rollover days.
• Holiday Pay – yes, see above for Holiday Bonus.
• 401 K – yes. Company match of up to 3.5% of contributions. Administered through Paychex – multiple investment options.
