RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Non-IT Project Analyst in Naperville, IL.

Duties Include:

• Non-IT Project Analyst provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area
• Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services
• Acts as a project liaison with other departments
• As a Non-IT Project Analyst, you will analyze current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings
• Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings
• Assists in research, analysis, and implementation of new pricing accounts
• Under direct supervision and guidance this individual will be responsible for assisting customers with basic pricing structures
• Completes reports and documents to suggest problem resolution, the promotion of industry standards, and provides best practice advice
• Support more senior levels on pricing maintenance tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED plus some college preferred
• Requires efficient problem-resolution skills, obtains a meticulous knowledge of how pricing interfaces with UPG and Tran Manager
• Possess efficient contract maintenance practices that will support service level agreement requirements
• Requires technical skills and good organizational/analytical skills
• Heavy work in Excel; Experience in Excel is a must
• Should be able to analyze data
• Experience in LTL or TL freight is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
