Mancini Beverage, one of the oldest and most established beverage distributors in the Northeast, is looking for a self-motivated and sales focused Non-Alcohol Sales Representative for the New Haven, CT market. As a Non-Alcohol Sales Representative you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the sales and marketing activities for assigned accounts. Ideal candidates must have a strong attention to detail, experience working in a high volume fast paced environment, and a performance driven attitude.

Non-Alcohol Sales Representative Compensation

  • $50,000 - $60,000

Non-Alcohol Sales Representative Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • Must be able to work in New Haven, CT area

Non-Alcohol Sales Representative Core Job Functions

  • Achieve all the Sales Goals and Business Driver Objectives in the assigned account
  • Target to meet all the distribution and activity standards within the account
  • Manage all selling activities within the accounts to include order management, merchandising, signage utilization, program execution, Staff training, promotional activity, Accounts Receivables

Non-Alcohol Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Pre-plan sales calls and present new products and promotions to all buyers
  • Audit and maintain quality assurance (QA) standards for products
  • Manage Accounts Receivables to be within credit terms
  • Use all sales tools and resources for order entry and other sales related activities
  • Maintain current route list with current data and information
  • Use Data Driller for effective sales tracking
  • Educate customers with product information to assist with retail sales
  • Create wine lists and drink menus for accounts
  • Aggressively seek additional cooler placement, shelf space, and/or menu placements
  • Inform customers of new items, programs, and price increases
  • Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and sales events
  • Complete tracking forms as required by manager in a timely fashion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
