Baylor Trucking, Inc. is expanding our Operations Centers located in Milan, IN and Greendale, IN. These are new growth positions with career advancement opportunity. We are looking for transportation professionals to be Night Supply Chain Coordinators on our extended hours shifts. These positions orchestrate our commitment to deliver specialized freight while adhering to our core values to be Safe, Legal and On Time. Baylor Trucking specializes in high demand shipments where communication, dependability, and service are critical. We offer industry leading pay programs and benefits. These positions work several rotations including 3/2 and 4/4. Schedules have consistent start and end times.

Candidates should have previous relatable experience within the trucking and transportation industry. The right candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to make reasoned and quantitative decisions in a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience with a A/S 400 based TMS is a plus. Knowledge of Manhattan Associates optimization software is preferred, but not required.
