Job description

• Ability to communicate with hotel guests, announcing arrival at door, and comprehending special requests from guests.
• Ability to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible.
• Must be able to use the equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, vacuum, cleaning supplies and safety equipment.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area.
• This position is physical in nature and requires complete physical mobility, including, but not limited to, bending, carrying, climbing stairs, crawling, reaching and squatting. Position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds of supplies and push and pull up to 50 pounds of supplies. These actions are required in order to perform cleaning job duties.
• This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, smoke and ozone machines with the severity of which depends upon customer volume. Incumbents are at times subjected to hazards such as chemicals; proper safety precautions are followed.
• Must be able to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
