Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for several Network Engineers to sit in Chantilly, VA. They will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting both LAN and WAN networks. They will be monitoring, performance, and connectivity of computers systems and networks. They will also be performing upgrades to the network hardware including routers and switches. Lastly, they will evaluate and recommend COTS applications that can provide IT solutions.

Must Haves:

• TSSCI with Poly
• IAT Level 2 (Security+)
• 10+ years of IT experience OR 6 years and a Bachelors OR 4 years and a MastersA degree is NOT required
• Experience working with both Cisco and Juniper routers and switches
• Knowledge of OSPF or BGP network protocols
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting LAN and WAN
• Experience troubleshooting procedures to restore the network to optimal ability
• Experience monitoring the network to ensure network connectivity to all system users

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
