Summary
HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a National Support Desk Analyst to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
This position can be worked 100% remotely.
What you will do
- Analyze, isolate, and resolve federal courts’ systems problems. This includes but is not limited to technical, procedural, operational, and functional issues.
- Assist court staff with applications utilized within the court unit
- Maintain an online log of support requests and related resolution activity of help desk requests received from court staff
- Other projects as assigned by the supervisor
What you must have
- 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
- Ability to work nontraditional work schedules with flexible hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm and be on-call some weekends
- Ability to do limited travel (0-4 times a year)
