Job description

Looking for a Nanny / Caregiver to help with child care of a toddler (2.5 year old boy) and essential tasks. This is a part-time role (20 hrs/week) , Monday - Friday on a set schedule in the late afternoon to early evening that has a little flexibility. There is a possibility for more hours but it would entail driving him to and from his pre-school. This can be discussed in an interview.

The position’s tasks and responsibilities include:

1. Companionship 2. Light Housekeeping 3.Meal Preparation 4.Transportation 5.Shopping and Errands 6. Laundry 7. Bathing, Grooming, Dressing 8.Organizing 9. Medication Reminders.

Employment requirements

• Must be 18 year of age or older
• Must have proper identification to determine identity as well as employment eligibility
• Language skills sufficient to read, understand instructions, prepare and maintain written reports and records, and sufficient to communicate
• In home health experience and can demonstrate managed experience (to include at least 20 hours of homemaking and 40 hours of personal care)
• Criminal background check as well as status report on Abuse Registry and Sexual Offender Registry.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

• Hernando, MS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
