Big family in La Jolla/UTC desires Full-Time Nanny/House Manager for their 3 kids that are 12-14 years old

Nice Family in La Jolla/UTC is looking for a fun and active Nanny to help with their 3 kids before and after school. Ages are - 11-15. Start day at 8am takes kids to school, after just household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, meal prep for dinner, organizing, errands, and grocery shopping. Then 2:30pm help pick up all kids after school, take to sports/activities, help with homework, fun events, play time, parks, etc. At least 5+ Years Experience as a Nanny Preferred. Degree in Childcare or related field a plus. Preference is given to applicants that have long term nanny experience with families. Fun and Active Nanny/House Assistant.

The ideal candidate will help Manage the home and keep things running smoothly. Also, some personal assistant tasks as well such as help with social media for business.

Requirements: Long Term Nanny -40 Hours a week, schedule needed are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is approx. $60,000-$70,000/yearly. PTO days a year and Paid Major Holidays off.

House Manager/Nanny Duties:

• Hours needed are Monday thru Friday - 8am - 5pm. Some weekends might be needed as well or date nights.
• Pay: $30-35/hour. PTO Days, Paid Holidays a year.
• Some date nights or weekends! Open to travel with family some weekends.
• Fun and Active Nanny - Help 3 kids with drop off/pick ups to school, homework, reading, engaging with children. Take them to activities, fun events, cooking and baking food together, etc.
• Parents have large car for driving kids around. Nanny does not have to use her own car.
• Someone willing to be active with multiple children at a time and also doesn't call out sick much. Reliable is very important!
• Teacher that has worked in Junior High and High schools is preferred!
• Light Meal Cooking daily for children and light housekeeping - Mostly Help with laundry for kids, dishes, tidying after kids, and sweeping. Ok with going on errands some days. Not deep cleaning or extensive cleaning, they have a housekeeper.
• House Manager tasks and understands how to pitch in and being proactive!
• BIG PERSONALITY! Likes to have fun and be positive!
• Ok with medium to large dogs in home
• CPR Certified
• Covid Vaccination is optional
• Background Checks will be conducted as well as 2-3 References checked

Child Care specialists function as parent educators, teaching and using proper techniques for school age kids. Understands Emotional development, Educational play, Teaching, Responsible, and a Good Role Model for children
