Multimedia Programmer/Multimedia Specialist

DarkStar Intelligence is looking for an experienced multimedia specialist to design and develop multimedia advanced distributed learning courseware for a government client in Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop graphics and multimedia elements for inclusion in briefings, instructor-led course materials online, courseware, and video.
  
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and graphical design concepts.
  
• Assemble final layouts of graphics and prepare them for reproduction or inclusion in courseware.
  
• Adhere to the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and DoD Development, Management, and Delivery of Distributed Learning Instruction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, computer science, visual communications, digital media arts, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing multimedia or digital media products.
  
• A certificate in multimedia, computer science, graphics arts, visual communications, or digital media arts along with 5 years of experience developing multimedia or digital media products is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  
• Excellent written communication skills.
  
• US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI + CI Poly (preferred)
