MRI Technologist- Howland Medical Center- PRN

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform MRI procedures and activities within the MRI department. Identifies patient needs in MRI and quickly responds to those needs. Accountable for daily performance through supervision by the Technical Manager Radiology. Participates and support continuous quality improvement. Participates as a team member by performing additional assignments not directly related to the job description when workload requires. Continuously seek the opportunities for professional development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Satisfactory completion of training at an AMA approved school and meets the requirements of registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).

Employment Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiology technology program, and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Advance modality registration in MRI preferred.
• CPR certification required.
