Agility 360 is searching for an experienced Mortgage Legal Specialist for one of our clients in Hernando, MS. The Mortgage Legal Specialist will be responsible for all admin type work including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers with inquires, and monitoring incoming mail and emails. The ideal candidate would be professional, pleasant, courteous, as well as dependable and trustworthy. Experience in default servicing is highly recommended.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist with routine inquires. If needed, transfer to the correct department for further help.
- Receive, input, and communicate all client referrals
- Receive and sort incoming mail and emails
- Other administrative tasks, as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in default servicing
- Experience with reception type work (answer, screen, and direct calls)
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining productivity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work while keeping up with deadlines
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner to clients and colleagues
- Eagerness to learn new material and take on more tasks
- Be a positive contributor to the firms' overall goals
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

- Pay Range - $16-$18 per hour
