LinQuest is seeking a MBSE/Digital Engineer to join our team in Dayton, OH or Washington, DC. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

This position will support our government customer in Dayton, OH or Washington, DC with Model Based Systems Engineering, modeling and simulation, and digital engineering in support of Deputy Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM).

Responsibilities may include:

• Support Model Based Systems Engineering/modeling and simulation/ digital engineering in support of government customer.
• Provide support to a variety of tasks and projects, to include but not limited to:
  
  • Create and document for the Government an analytic framework for modeling and simulating potential SoS and FoS materiel solutions and concepts in appropriate scenarios in order to evaluate and recommend modernization changes
  • Interact with Systems Engineers and Government Customers to understand/define requirement needs
  • Create analytic tooling and perform trade study assessments of, and recommend changes to, candidate surface, air, and space mission systems
  • Support development of a capability to procure, use and maintain Model-Based Systems Engineering software and tools
  • Support the development and use of digital engineering environment tools
  • Provide innovative solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other STEM field
• 2 years of combined industry, federal government experience, or SETA/FFRDC supporting federal government acquisition with a focus on MS&A or Digital Engineering
• Practical knowledge and use of C#, coding programs, CAMEO, Python, SysML, and/or Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA)
• Ability to perform all duties independently
• An active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other STEM field
• 5+ years of combined industry, federal government experience, or SETA/FFRDC supporting federal government acquisition with a focus on MS&A or Digital Engineering
• Preferred candidates will be well versed in programming languages
