Holistic Therapeutic Services is a Mental Health Agency serving Richmond and Tri Cities areas providing Crisis Stabilization services for individuals with mental health diagnoses. We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals as well as Supervisees or Residents for the Crisis Stabilization Program in the Chesterfield, VA location.

Must be fully licensed (LPC, LCSW) or a supervisee/resident pursuing a licensure as an LPC or LCSW.

Position is responsible for providing diagnostic initial assessments, comprehensive assessments, prior authorizations, CEPP, initial ISP’s, implementing treatment plans, individual therapy, care coordination, crisis response, and continued stay etc.

May be responsible for supervision of QMHPs. Service coordination, resources and safety planning are essential skills for LMHPs in the Crisis Stabilization Program.

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in the human services field from an accredited college or university
• At minimum must be one of the following: Resident in Counseling (Licensed Eligible), Supervisee in Social Work, or Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

-Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
