Laborie Medical Technologies is currently searching for a Repair Technician to join our team in the Portsmouth, NH office.
**
*Position Overview:*
The role of a* Repair Technician* is to Inspect, evaluate, repair and test products reported as defect.
**
*How you contribute:*

• Clean product and perform incoming inspections under Microscope
• Generate repair reports and quotes
• Prepare catheter for repair:
• Open connector and unsolder sensors
• Vacuum dry catheter, if applicable
• Check sensor reading in question

• Repair catheters:
• Sleeve Repair
• Sensor replacement
• Replace lumen
• Solder and unsolder PCBs
• Re-assemble and assemble catheters

• Perform product outgoing performance test
• Independent daily troubleshooting
• Assist Team Leader in assigned tasks
• Reports all non-conformity product issues to the team leader
• Adhere to the standard production procedures and quality standards for all work performed.
• Adhere to all hygiene and security standards of the company.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must possess a strong attention to detail and be a team player.
• Must possess the understanding of the assembly of Laborie products.
• Must possess ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Must be comfortable working with a Microscope.
• Must possess ability to effectively measure using basic measuring equipment such as pin gages, micrometers, luer taper gages and rulers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 year experience.
