DEPCOM Power is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Safety Manager to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Repowering team. As the Regional Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety standards across our O&M and Repowering projects in your designated region. This role is remote and will travel 75% to various project sites in the US.

What You Will Do
Support the planning and implementation of safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT).- Plans and implements safety training and practices for those working on the O&M and Repowering sites.
- Educate the team on safety procedures and ensure they are being followed.
- Analyze accident reports and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts.
- Travel to various jobsites ensuring those on site are adhering to safety practices and wearing appropriate PPE.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working as a dedicated Safety Professional
- OSHA 510/511 or equivalent certification
- Experience in CFR 1910.269 electric power generation, transmission, and distribution
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between multiple jobsites across the country
What Will Put You Ahead
- 5 plus years’ experience working as a dedicated Safety Professional
- OHST, CUSP, ASP or CSP certification(s)
- NFPA70E certification
- Battery Energy Storage experience
- Experience with handling Operations and Maintenance Safety
- Degree in Occupational Health or Safety
For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000- $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
