• The Lead needs to accurately identify mistakes across inspections and daily load-out procedures.
• Ensure quality standards are met for future pieces.
• Responsible for making decisions on the furniture's quality standards while ensuring high-quality standards for customer orders.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the quality of products based on quality standards.
• Required to collect, analyze, and summarize data to improve quality and customer product satisfaction.
• Training and managing associates in the department to ensure best practices and quality assessments.
• Tracking products through all process touch points to guarantee that each part of the process is correct and provide improvement ideas as needed.
• Use database management systems (RTS Dashboard / PKMS / DQT Report / etc.)
• Establish and promote hard work ethics through teamwork and collaboration with associates.
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate a safety culture throughout the company. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by communicating safety topics.
• Daily start-up meetings and communication of daily/weekly goals for the department.
• Work closely with management in the daily operations of the department.
• Other projects as assigned.

• Must have 5 plus years as a proficient Lead/Supervisor or Manager.
• Must have 5 plus years of experience related to Furniture Manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in quality control and assembling furniture.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, excellent verbal, and written, communication skills, and excellent listening skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects while effectively communicating in a professional manner with all levels.
• High school diploma
• Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
• Ability to lift to 75 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable with walking/standing 90% of the day
