• Provide an array of services that are client/family driven focus for all age groups that promotes inclusion of family when at all possible.
• Deliver field-based (rather than clinic-based) or in home services.
• Services may require intensive in-home treatment, crisis response or school-based services.
• Work with adults includes developing treatment plans which include Wellness Recovery Action Plan and emphasis on employment as desired outcome.
• Services for children may include school linked services.
• Complete outcome measurements for services provided.
• Complete timely documentation of client services and service treatment plans and periodic plan reviews.
• Adhere to administrative deadlines and productivity standards.
• Provide community education presentations and outreach when requested.

• CA Board of Behavior Science registered ASW, ACSW, AMFT or APCC, with 1 year or more experience in providing clinical services to culturally diverse clientele.
• Experienced in providing assessment and evaluation, ease with DSMV, and training in a variety of treatment modalities and evidence based practices i.e., CBT, TF-CBT, ICBT, CPP, RPP, CFOF, and Seeking Safety.
• Willingness to provide array of services, based on program, beyond the scope of traditional clinic-based outpatient mental health services, and provide support services 24/7 as needed.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary team of care including peers, LMHP, MD, consumers and families.
• Have reliable means of transportation for field service delivery at varied locations.
• Experienced with DMH programs and documentation requirements.
• Bi-lingual, English and API language (Khmer, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Tagalog, etc.) or Spanish
