Green Mountain Credit Union is looking for a motivated Member Service Representative/Teller in our South Burlington Branch. This position is a great step for anyone interested in a career in the banking industry with growth opportunities. This role requires excellent customer service skills in person, on the phone and via written correspondence. In this position, processing of transactions must be done efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with strict confidentiality. Seeking someone with good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task. Candidate would be responsible for all teller functions, adhering to security policies and procedures in addition to problem solving for members in a timely manner. Other duties include cross-selling products and services appropriate to member needs and answering members' questions regarding credit union services. Previous banking experience is preferred.
