Planet Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic Member Service Representatives that are passionate about health & fitness to join our amazing team. We have multiple hourly Member Service Representative positions open! These include part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible work schedules. Morning and weekend availability required.

Starting pay is $12.25/hour, with a 3-month increase to $12.75/hour, based on performance eligibility.

Essential Member Service Representative duties:

• Answering member questions (in person or over the phone)
• Completing member check-ins
• Giving new members tours and signing them up
• Cleaning throughout the facility (Bathrooms/Locker Rooms/Black Card Area/Workout Area)

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is 18 years of age or older
• A great attitude
• Willing to learn new things
• A strong listener
• The ability to empathize and problem solve
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Great customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals.
