Appalachian Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) is seeking a Member Service Representative to join our Team at our Norton, VA branch. This individual will start as a floater supporting branch needs in Norton, as well as periodically supporting the branches in Rogersville, TN and Johnson City and Gray, TN as needed. This position is for you if you:

The basic duties and responsibilities of a Member Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

• Provide members with an excellent service experience every time
• Accurately perform general teller duties such as open new member accounts, process member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, or other transactions by phone or in the branch
• Resolve member problems and/or complaints or direct to appropriate person
• Balance cash drawer and perform teller cash recycler duties
• Maintain working knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial services

Education requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Experience requirements:

No prior experience is required.....ACFCU will train you in the Appy Way.
