If yes, the Member Relationship Manager at Premier Martial Arts is someone who is passionate about changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. A Relationship Manager's purpose in the school is to market and sell martial arts lessons, as well as manage operations such as maintaining inventory, handling client satisfaction, coach personnel as needed, etc. They should have a passion, motivation, and excitement to help others start their martial arts journey. Next, they need to be all-in on implementing the Premier Martial Arts marketing and sales systems. Our tried-and-true systems are the map that leads a Relationship Manager to fulfill their mission of spreading the martial arts lifestyle, accomplishing the company’s financial goals, and meeting their personal financial goals.

A Program Director is usually the first and most important contact a prospective client has with a school. Employees in this role must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. A Program Director must be detailed, organized, proficient, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads from digital sources using the resources provided
• Improve lives by upgrading current members to advanced programs
• Grassroots outreach to key referral sources within the community
• Manage service inquiries from current members
• Ensure satisfaction of current members
• Review performance of students with Lead Instructor
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting task list
• Accomplish monthly sales and revenue goals set by owners
• Coordinate events – Birthday Parties, Parents Night Out, and more

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required
• Track record of successful sales
• People person – Must enjoy working with children and families
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Organized self-starter
• Results driven
• Good physical fitness
