Registered Nurses (RN),

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Med Spa Nurse, you will provide high-quality cosmetic treatments and medical services to our clients, ensuring that they receive personalized care and attention. You will work alongside our team of licensed aestheticians to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Administer a range of body contouring treatments and medical procedures, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, IV therapy, and other non-surgical procedures. A large amount of our business is body contouring, training on our machines will be provided.

- Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure care, including skin assessments, numbing, cleaning, and aftercare instructions.

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all procedures, including client history, treatment plans, and results.

- Recommend skincare products to clients and educate them on proper at-home skincare routines.

- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are used in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

- Educate clients about the benefits and risks of various treatments and procedures, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.

- Collaborate with others on the team, including owner, med spa manager, and aestheticians, to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of clients.

Requirements:

- Active nursing license in the state of Tennessee.

- Proven experience as a registered nurse, with a background in cosmetic treatments or medical aesthetics preferred.

- Strong knowledge of cosmetic treatments and medical procedures, as well as the ability to educate clients about the benefits and risks of various treatments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Attention to detail, with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate and complete medical records and documentation.

- Experience with medical software programs preferred.
