Medical Spa Office Manager

Job position description :

Office managers have a wide range of responsibilities ranging from focusing on customer service, to collaborating with and coordinating medical office staff with the goal of providing a world class customer experience. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

· Oversees day-to-day operations

· Supervises staff Schedules

· Manages finances for the facility, including payroll

· Works to improve customer service and patient satisfaction

· Plans, implements, and oversees office policies and procedures

· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations

· Plans staff meetings for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative staff

· Conducts interviews and hiring medical office staff

· Facilitates performance reviews and regular check-ins for staff

· Coordinates, collaborates, and standardizes with affiliate locations

· Vendor relationship management

· Assess additional business opportunities and develop plans to accomplish growth

Requirements:

· 3 years management experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Strong interpersonal skills with both reporting team members and customers

· Ability to work both independently and as a team leader

· High level of competency working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, or similar professional applications

Preferred:

· Experience working in a medical office

· Bilingual – Spanish
