Position Summary:

Notify patient and / or guarantor of delinquent accounts and make financial arrangements. Call insurance companies on payment status. Compare reports and work aged accounts.
Requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent. One year minimum collection experience preferable in healthcare field. Ability to speak English clearly and fluently. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication customer service skills.
