Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
Job description
We are looking for a dependable, experienced, bright, responsible, team player for our Physiatry/Pain management/ Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation Center billing department. This is an in-person, part-timeposition (approximately 24-32 hours/week). Qualified candidate should have minimum of two years of billing experience. Must be proficient in reading EOB's, medical claim processing of No Fault and Workers Compensation and Out of Network Commercial health insurance plans, collections of unpaid balances, verification of insurance benefits, EMR use , excellent phone skills, and ability to work together with the management team. Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Pain Management billing/coding experience is ideal.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Hauppauge, NY 11788: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
