Americare Network is a fast-moving startup that provides solutions to the medical community. Some of those services include:

• Medical Billing and Coding software (EMR)
• Tele-health software and services
• Medical Financing
• Facility and Practitioner Credentialing
• Practice Transformation Consulting
• Chronic Care Management

Americare Network is looking for a Medical Billing and Coding specialist who can help us build our U.S. based team.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in all aspects of the creation and growth of an EMR support team.
• Assist pharmacies, clinics and patients in the growth and use of our tele-health product.
• Assist in the development of our training materials for both our internal team and clients.
• Work with our off-shore billing and coding team to make sure everything is unified and our services are of the highest quality.
• Provide insight and direction to the senior leadership team on how our systems should be developed to fit the needs of the client.

Qualifications include

• an extensive knowledge of how the medical billing and coding process works. You are being brought in as a subject matter expert. There is a billing and coding team in China that will provide some support and training.
• A positive attitude. This is extremely important. In a startup environment, you will run into many unknown issues. The ability to adapt, and do so with a positive attitude, is an invaluable trait.
• Outstanding ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to stay on task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• This position will require you to work a minimum of 3 days in an office located in Draper, UT. The other two days you will be allowed to work from home assuming you have a strong internet connection and quiet environment.
