We are looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care and internal medicine, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the medical staff. This includes scheduling appointments, managing patient records, filing insurance claims, and other related tasks. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and medical staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with the preparation of medical reports.
• Provide administrative support to physicians and other medical staff.
• Ensure that all medical records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Understand primary care and internal medicine procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
