A Mechanical Technician is needed for a chemical processing organization near Barstow, California. The Mechanical Technician is responsible for the start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment including control systems, power distribution systems, boilers, pumps, air compressors, filters, tray dryer, baggers, and chillers.
Qualified candidates must have 3+ years' of Mechanical Technician experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience within an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred. This is a direct-hire role, and candidates will be working a DuPont 2-2-3 shift schedule. Relocation assistance is available for qualified regional candidates.

- Test and calibrate machinery to ensure it is operating at maximum efficiency; Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery to ensure they're always in proper working order
- Care for machinery and equipment by cleaning them after use, adjusting parts and lubricating moving components as needed to ensure proper, efficient function; Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery to ensure they're always in proper working order
- Set-up and install new industrial machinery
